I'm a big DC fan too. I've had mine since launch day, but I never bonded with it like I did with my Saturn. I'm an old Sega fanboy at heart, I guess.

Not a good start :x I get home from work today, check my emails and there's one from Paypal saying I've had a complete refund for my 3DO purchase. I PM the seller and it turns out that the 3DO he was sending me is now 'not working'. He says it boots then freezes after 2 minutes. I never heard of any...

Even the Gameboy Advance version of Doom is good. I can empathise with the rubbish framerate as I have Saturn Doom and the later levels resemble a slideshow.
