this game kinda sums up a large portion of the 3do library.

It has to be...the worst... Jurassic Park game. that's not saying it's a terrible game, but it doesnt even come close to the game gear game!

they give it back as a blank canvas. My SD backup had everything but my Mii and Mii streetpass progress.

I'm waiting for a special edition 3DS xl in the US. Not the pikachu one.
The XL is just better all over.

The reason this doesnt exist is I think the game collecting community as a whole doesnt count these items.

I don't think i've seen a videogame database that goes any further than accounting for Maps.

It's admirable, but I dont care if warranty cards or flyers are included.

it is the last icon you clicked really. So if you were messing with Mii Plaza, it will say you were just playing "Mii Plaza". It's funny when someone was just playing "Settings" Your best bet with getting streetpass hits is to go to any convention or go near one. You can only download 25 at a time, ...

it's one of the games that held up well over time. I have a copy just sitting in my 3do at all times.

i think i beat this.

somewhere along the game i must have enabled a cheat or something because my team just got ridiculous. I think it was a debug menu or something that i found by accident.

I enjoyed this game when the 3do was on the market. It would be painful to get through that now.

I could do it in pseudocode, but I do not remember VBA syntax that well.

predetermined battle sequences depending on who they fight. You control nothing. each piece has a unique killing blow for check mate. I played this game a ton just to try and trigger certain king kill scenes. If you want to actually "Battle" you should track down Archon. Classic PC game, that I thin...

I try not to listen to retro gaming podcasts.

They talk too much about "memories" and "nostalgia". Plus, you talk about game collecting enough, and it starts to sound stupid. I love looking at a shelf of games, but thinking about it makes me feel silly.

If you want the best price for old developement material, I would go to :
http://www.assemblergames.com/forums/content.php

Those people will pay top dollar for anything pre production or promotional. They would probably appreciate it more as well.

However...you could also come to me :P

as another note to this thread, the prices for this game have become reasonable again. This was spiking up to $100 for awhile, but quite a few auctions have ended at the appropriate $35 range. Complete with map.

There is DQ1/2 on the gameboy color if you want to play it on the go. Music was updated a little. The color palette goes down, but the sprites got more detailed in many cases.

The first dragon warrior game is based around a solo Hero. You gain spells as you level, and you pretty much just buy the gear at the next town. This might be why I always preferred gaining skills through leveling. It's a short game compared to Final Fantasy. The world was big when i was younger, bu...

Personally i think on newly manufactured item, sealing is overly excessive, and its draining what little we have left in regards to resources.. Even though recycling is gaining momentum, we are throwing away much more than we recycle. Look at a tube of toothpaste, they often come inside a box, whic...

I'm also quite against sealed games. It's all perception. I love being the first one to open retro games, but I'm gonna open them. lol I've never seen a type of sealing that I couldn't replicate. Shrink wrap, y-seal, folded seal... i can do them all. I've considered starting a sealing service to cha...

DQ1 will introduce you to the monsters and a little bit of the lore. DQ2 is where the series got serious with the party system, and really expands on the lore. One of my favorites. DQ4 is an epic adventure. One of the best in the series, but it's hard on the NES. The remake is so so graphics, but no...

yup, just let it air out. Keeping it in a zipped bag is just sealing all the juices in.

That portal gun looks well made. Where'd it come from?
