So, uh, 3DO to Go S2 may not happen, but I AM doing this...

*pokes head in* So, uh, yeah -- never DID get around to producing a second season of 3DO to Go, but mostly because I've been doing other stuff. I have started a 3DO Let's Play show called "3DOh No!" for Nerd & Tie though, and you can see the first episode here: https://youtu.be/3uLtKeZ_Vq8 I mean, i...

Yeah, Rising Stuff's involvement in the show was that they would send me random games for free and promote the show on their website.

Actual production was always 100% on my end.

Alex and Kevin are old friends of mine (we all went to college together).

I'm right now in the writing process, and I'd like to get as much done in the next two months. Ideally, Season 2, Episode 1 should be up by April 15th, with multiple episodes already completed by that point (although, again, with six review episodes where I can get the footage myself, I can reshuffl...

Nah, raised in Milwaukee, and spent the last decade in Eau Claire.

Although both my brother and sister lived in Madison at various points.

(Well, and since the protests started, my brother has pretty much lived in Madison again as he works for AFSCME. :P )

I would murder a small village for access to even a small portion of that footage.

Seriously.

I would. :P

Recent transplant to Lafayette. I'm actually originally from Wisconsin. Ended up moving to Indiana because my wife is working on her PhD at Purdue.

It had some 32 bit graphics and sound processors, but the central processor and architecture was 64 bit. The problem with the Jaguar is that programmers could write code to be processed by the 64 bit portions OR only the 32 bit processors -- and it was significantly easier to write code that only us...

I have a hard time hating any console, just because usually there is at least ONE good game for it.

Except the Playdia.

There is nothing good to say about the Playdia.

I know this because I own one. :P

So I'm working on Season 2 of 3DO To Go...

Hey all - I know it's been forever and a day since I either posted here or put out an episode of 3DO To Go (If you have no idea what I'm talking about... just go here: http://www.trhonline.com/viewcat.pl?3do ), but I'm currently doing preproduction work on Season 2. Season 2 will be 10 episodes long...

We were in the age of the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo though, no one had a problem differentiating Genesis and Sega from each other, I doubt the Panasonic being on top of the FZ-1 3DO was really an issue. The only confusion that I actually remember was just the "R.E.A.L." thing with the Panasoni...

I feel bad for getting behind on them now. :P Honestly, the reason the next ep isn't done yet is because I've been busy interviewing for a new job, and before that I had an anime convention to run. I'll get back on schedule, I promise. I find all this love from 3DOKid pretty funny, as I've been read...

Here's the thing -- this guy clearly never learned the lesson "Don't actually start a count down until after the site is already ready to launch"

Count downs should be for hype, not for ACTUAL deadlines.

Well, the secret is the Analog Clock Graphic will just be counting down to a Sand filled hourglass count down graphic.

Which will, of course, count down to a sliding abacus timer.

I still think it was just price.

Everyone I knew who was into video games thought the 3DO was awesome in 1994... just that no one could afford it.
