Re: SainT is overwhelmed!

I think the Game Drive was more complex than other systems SD carts and the Jag is the underdog of Atari game consoles and it's the one game console that everyone wants to trash and that doesn't help any.

SainT is overwhelmed!

Today I've checked to see where I'm at with the Game Drive per-order web-sight, I get a message saying Down for Maintenance, I see Carl Forhan wants to help out, I hope he can get things back up and running by helping out SainT. 8) Anyone here got their Game Drive yet?

I'm going to pass on this I've got two OEM Pro controllers before they went up in price, now if they add rapid fire to the reproduction controllers I would be all over it.

SkunkBox for the SkunkBoard!

OK, I know this one is a "no,no" for AA but after sometime of looking at the hacked cart case I've made for my SkunkBoard I'm ready for something that doesn't look so homemade! It's designed by 10p6 it's the only thing good that came from him. I can't seem to post any pics. I'm getting ...

Re: DOOM with fixed networking

I am pretty sure Thunderbird optimised Doom completely for the Jag for his own enjoyment. And has probably been through several refinements in the last decade or so. If we seen a video of it we'd probably crap our pants. 320*240 rez. 30fps. Transparencies. Thunderbird most likely can optimised and ...

JagDoom levels on the 32x!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9kHWnRDtEE From what I've read that the 32X's Doom was rushed out the door (that sounds familiar), leaving that Doom with only 17 levels at this time I don't have a 32X so I cant try it on real hardware but my PC can handle the 32X emulator! on the flip-side ...

Re: Finally replaced Wolfenstein, someone help though...

So, after years of trying to track down a non top scratched Wolfenstein 3D disc, I finally snagged one. The disc is in beautiful shape, no scratches and looks clean, problem being is it's a loose disc. I'm hoping that someone here would be nice enough to pull their copy out and possibly make a scan...

Re: Attack of the Mutant Penguins

So, I'm still doing my old magazine researches, and I came across a good article about the Jaguar's official discontinuation. In it, an Atari representative owned up that Atari hadn't been developing Jaguar games for about six months, and that they would release just two more games for the system. ...
