I have to agree with Icebreaker 2 being the first home brew. It was made by someone in the industry but I don't think Panasonic ever had plans to publish it. Plus it has a bunch of mini games in it too.

As a matter of fact, I just assembled and sold a complete US 3DO library on evilbay a few weeks back providing someone with an instant collection that could take years to complete. bitrate, would you PM me link to that listing, please? :roll:

VCD taps out about 240i 1150 kbit/sec MPEG-1 352 x 240 pixels 29,97 frames/second That's about the same as VHS, and then you add in compression artifacts. It would be cool to have a few around. I'd actually have to plug in the VCD module for once. The adapter's are dirt cheap for Sega Saturn's now ...
