Nice 8) great condition too. I've gotta find one of those as I'm fed up with deleting saved games all the time :x I know, it is annoying. I remember back in the days when the internal memory was full the games couldn't save any more and nobody knew what was wrong. My reseller wanted to open my 3DO ...

Look what I got in the mail today
15 years after its release I got a hand on the Panasonic FZ-EM256 Memory unit :) I wanted it really bad when it was first announced like 16 years ago and I struggled with the tiny memory of my Panasonic FZ-1. When it came out it was not even available where I live nor did anybody import it since 3DO...

It's a Panasonic FZ-1. Oh then you shouldn't have much trouble. My FZ-1 took any CD-R I threw at it so far. For example Intenso and Verbatim. I finally got a hand on a FZ-EM256 myself. Way expensive man but I hope it will be fine. It should come with the CD so fingers crossed. Delivery will probabl...

Hi Game Over? and welcome to this Forum, I tried to burn CDs with Toast on the Mac but that didn't work out. Since then I am using the free program ImgBurn where you can burn and rip your 3DO CDs. Works like a charm: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download Lucky you having the FZ-EM256. I am i...

Title names are taken from the levels in which the track appeared, not including Orion as I have no idea where it was in the game. It's possible it is an unused track. Ah now that I heard it I could figure it out! The track "Orion" is used in the "previews" section. It announces "Orion Off Road" wh...

I just tried it out and took a little sample music clip for you using my iPhone. Maybe you can recognize it. To me it sounds like a song from the later levels in the game but I am not sure. Nice title screen btw. for the bonus level called "Juk-Pular" ;-) http://www.spchocolates.com/forum/juk_pular....

Ah, now you mention it, I remember I got my FZ10 VCD player from Germany. Maybe they bought loads of them in Germany. I know for a fact they are rare in the UK. So what you do is buy it for 5Euro, sell it to me for 10Euro and I put it on eBay £100. :) He he  Yes, got to look out for such thin...

You should have gotten it and put it up on eBay at that price :) lol i know. It was actually on ebay and was sold for 5 bucks so if I would have put my bet in too it would have been more money but not that much more I suppose. It was for the PAL FZ-10 though, don't know if that is yet very valuable.

GeneStealer I know exactly what you mean. I loved the graphics and couldn't wait to get it once it was released just to find myself dying so quickly not too far into the game. Eventually I gave up which sucks because the import games were a lot of money. Maybe I'll try it again and use some codes 8)...

Hi 3DO Experience, great news. I always loved the music of Total Eclipse and would love to have the soundtrack as single files :-) The levels are as follows: Level 1: Aqueous Major Level 2: Magma Prime Level 3: Solarius Centuria Level 4: Polaris 5 Level 5: Sun Dagger No Level with the name Orion, I ...

VCD adapter FZ-FV 10
Does anybody know if the Video CD adaptor FZ-FV 10 works on a Panasonic FZ-1 or a Goldstar? I could buy one but don't know if it will work.

Game versions and differences?
I was wondering if we could start to make a list about the differences in the game releases of a same title. Like I know there are three different "Totel Eclipse" releases. Does any body know if they fixed or changed anything like they did for the game "The horde" where the safe option was changed? ...

I loved "Total Eclipse". It was my second game right after the bundled "Crash and burn". Amazing graphics and I love the music. It is a very hard game indeed though. I got so mad when I got it and played it as a teenager lol. I just played it recently and made it to the second level of the sun dagge...

Nice :) I don't know why but I was always in love with the music in "Total Eclipse". Back then I remember I was thinking if I could send a DAT tape to the composer so that he could put the music for me on the tape and send it back to me. I even tried to put the game CD in an audio CD player (yes I w...

I live in Germany and bought the Panasonic 3DO FZ-1 as an US NTSC import. I had to have it right away. The press was all over this thing even here in Germany though it wasn't going to be released over here any time soon. I remember going to Toys R Us and I saw somebody wrote in their guest book that...

My Goldstar is just staying picky no matter what I do. Mine is the PAL model from the Fifa Soccer bundle which I bought in Germany. Like I described earlier, I saw pictures and videos online of a Goldstar with the drive being inside the "drawer-slide". That version also has S-VHS which my Goldstar d...

Oh that just sucks. I never had a FZ-10 but I have a FZ-1 since the first day. I just set it back up after many years of not being powered on. At first the CD door when opened closed itself again right away. It did that a few times but now it's working fine again. Just keep on trying. Electronic doe...

Hi guys, I have been a 3DO fan from the first hour onward and found by chance this website :-) I live in Germany and I was around 14 years old when I got my 3DO. Oh the hype was so big. Movie like graphics were promised, all over the press and I just needed to have one. I loved the way the FZ-1 look...

Hello, I have two 3DOs. My beloved Panasonic FZ-1 (NTSC US) and a Goldstar (PAL). I backed up my games now and burnt one game on a CD-R. It was working fine on my FZ-1 but the Goldstar spit the CD-R out. I tried it again with a different brand of CD-R but same result. Goldstar doesn't like it :( I u...
