Continual fuse failure means you have a short to ground drawing too much amps - hence the fuse is blowing - it is quite likely a capacitor fault. However unless I have a lookie and or schematic I really cannot advise more. I would suggest looking at the capacitors, check if any have domed tops, leak...

Cheers for the info on the Serial NES Adapters I may just see about getting some =D
