Dinosaurs for Hire for the Sega Genesis. It's a run-n'-gun shooter, similar to Contra, based off an obscure comic book that only ran 21 issues, which begs the question of how it merited a video game. In any case, it's not a bad game, and I recommend it for anyone who likes the genre.

No faster than 4x? Really? Hm. I believe my burned copies were burned at at least 6x speed, and they actually work almost perfectly on my GoldStar 3DO.

Shmups aren't hard, really. It's one of the first things I learned to make when I learned to use Game Maker, many moons ago.
Not that I'm any good with it now.
