Agreed with post above. For rich colour and blacks you still can't beat Plasma. Plasma does consume more power, and is usually a little thicker. Plasma also retains these qualities over 60". LCD's are mostly caught up in that area in some modern sets. LCD and LED are the same PQ, just different ligh...

i do a little bit of restoration on these kind of boxes. I use it for all sorts of boxes. -Mix a little water and elmer's glue. I do 50/50 for most applications. -use paint brush to apply to frayed areas. try to get inbetween frayed areas. -flatten box -place wax paper around glued areas -press flat...

There are lots of less stimulating things out there. The only gaming i sometimes regret is the 1000's of hours put into MMO's. But even that is just barely.

Waiting for PC. I jumped into LA Noire on the console, and just hated the limited controls.

I know i'll be late to the party, but I know Rockstar will bring it to PC eventually. They have publically stated many times the delay is just due to the rampant piracy on PC.

The free flying aspect was pretty cool at the time. It's still kinda fun to fly around and shoot at stuff.

small tip:
decrease dosage levels of everything at the start of most missions.
Then set it to max when the fighting starts. Your guys will be able to stay juiced for much longer.

Wing Commander III is just a high quality game all around. Took a while to get the controls down, but i agree, awesome story.

Plus, you do make decisions that change the direction of the story.
