just wanted to say welcome aboard nocturne - thank god I'm not the only crazy aussie here! Up until recently Matsushita kept a massive spare parts directory via Panasonic. It sounds like a long shot but try emailing Panasonic in the U.S - last time I checked there were even some M2 bits and pieces l...

I'll never forgive Jonathon Frakes (Riker - Star Trek) for Thunderbirds either. Glad Universal took the Trek franchise from Ron Moore and company too JJ abrams should do a decent job.

Never tried it but there is no reason why it shouldn't as the internal architecture is identical to the 1200 only problem may be in the video transfer in the rf cable as opposed to the 1200 monitor cable. This may cause the bottom of the image to not read at all . I actually face a similar problem no...

Those movies played on mine if I remember correctly - and yes the DC version of Daytona was good . Only got reminded of Daytona today when some poor sod came into my shop with a Saturn needing one of their proprietry video cables .

Good to hear from you Trev!

I'm voting for Doom on the 3do - this was unforgivable - ported by a team well out of their depth and it made us the laughing stock of the gaming community

Yeah Wing 3 was as good as it gets - Wing IV was a shocker and what the hell was Chris Roberts thinking with the movie.I mean most video game tie ins are terrible but with the original producer and writer well......producing and writing you would have thought it would be decent.I kept expecting scoo...

Room 1408 was the best I've seen for a while and I actually didn't mind Needful Things but some should never have been made - It , Golden Years - and some should never have been made twice - The shining , Maximum Overdrive/Trucks. Lawnmower man evokes memories of the era for me too - remember all th...

I am a lover of not only point and click but FMV point and click as well.Had Beneath a Steel Sky on my CD32 - very underrated - also liked Burn Cycle , Psychic Detective & Hell - hated Myst. As I've mentioned in another thread the GTAIV engine could easily be tweaked into an adventure/detective stor...

yeah rise of the robots on the CD32 - believe it or not the 3do version was more playable but they are all poor. I've never been so disappointed with a games purchase before Daytona on the saturn - even sega's best and brightest couldn't get this one to go . It was C H O P P Y!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and ...

been playing it at work - Its impressive and a nice evolution but I kinda cant help thinking that the whole engine could be better utilised without the sensastionalism to create the ultimate police/detective adventure game - think Psychic Detective in 3D .maybe I'm getting old. Its making me a lot o...
