Re: Introduce yourself.
Hey everyone. I'm new here, found my way via a user's suggestion to come here from atariage.com. I picked up my FZ-10 just a couple of days ago, and I've been having a blast with it. To the point that I honestly feel a bit guilty not even being aware of the system when I was a kid. Of course I've k...

Re: Soldier Pad
Only systems I have ever had the Soldier pad for are the 3DO and the Sega Genesis. In the end, I really like the Genesis six button Pad better for fighters on that system. For the 3DO though, the Soldier Pad is a must. I am loucky I have two of them. Chance really that I have them. Really helps to ...

Re: I Beat Street Fighter!!
Nicely done man. Hopefully you have more fun with the 3DO too. I love seeing new fans come along and play the system. It really was a nice console. New fans means new interest, and maybe, just maybe, a new programmer can get new interest and make a new game or two even. Just takes one. Thanks man. ...

I Beat Street Fighter!!
While not the hardest achievement for some of you long time 3DO fans, this is an amazing accomplishment for me :). I wasn't even playing on the easiest difficulty, haha. Seriously, usually with SF games (say, on the Saturn or SNES) I get to a certain point where I just can't win anymore. And I have ...

Soldier Pad
Did anyone else have this for the SNES? I'm not sure how many are aware of this, but the same pad (albeit with a different color scheme) was sold for the Super Famicom back in the day. In fact I bought one brand new for about 5 dollars when it was new at a Funcoland when I was a kid. I didn't realiz...

Re: Quarantine!
This has been one game I've been really interested in. Reminds me of carmagedon for some reason.
I've seen video of it, and it's not the best from what I can tell, but I really want to give it a go anyway. Hopefully I'll find an affordable copy.

Re: Any 3DO fans in Chicago?
Back in the day, the 3DO was better known because they had better marketing and distribution than the Jaguar, but in actuality I don't think there were a ton more actual sales of the unit compared to the Jaguar, mainly due to the high price. Erm. Jaguar sold HALF of it's 250,000 units produced in i...
