Most likely a promotions/marketing tool to showcase elements to other arms/branches of Time/Warner and partner companies - an absolute brilliant find - it's unknown stuff like this turning up that makes 3do collecting so rewarding

Damn! How'd I miss this thread? What a "twat" - and yes we still use that term in the colonies
I've got to go all patriotic and say Shakey Jake as my preferred character - and as for that auction maybe bitrate could elaborate on the item?

All agreed , most people just didn't "get" the intended feel of the game - I still play it now and consider it one of the purest and best racing games ever.

I feel exactly the same about their sister mag - Next Generation .It was an intelligent breath of fresh air and a healthy indication the industry was growing up.However, I can never ever forgive Edge for their glowing review of Rise of the Robots. From that moment on they could go die in a hole.

Recently Short Warp topped $ 300 in an auction - evilbay is all over the place atm. My boxed Atari 2600 woody went for eighty bucks whilst my loose vectrex topped four hundred! My copy of tokio autobahn also came inside a "broken" 3do I purchased - the reason it didn't work? The disc had worked loos...

Most common problem on goldstars is the ribbon cable - see my thread on it. Goldstar did release an Aussie version - but you'll pay around $ 100 , nice buy though if only for the amount of games. Let me know if you run into problems.

It has the police (with better AI) and really feels more like the original "all grown up". ....and Zelda - the puzzles and game mechanics have been overhauled without losing its heritage and appears to be just a...

Matty's Big Day Out

Last week I was invited into the production offices of the Aussie TV show Good Game. In the name of this forum I donated a spare 3do and jaguar for the cause , which were both warmly received. I spent a bit of time with the producer and was fortunate enough to be there on review day which meant I go...

I have Hotel Mario and it's not too bad (it's playing on the tv in the background of my television interview) , Zelda's Adventure is ludicrously priced and still on my want list.I paid around 80 bucks for those 2 Zeldas delivered.
