This caught me off guard as I'd never heard about a potential sequel to Killing Time before. Also, what's this about Battlesport? Was the M2 game going to be a remake? Enhanced port? Sequel?

Oh man I wish there was a killing time sequel hahaha

I forgot to follow up on this, but the January 1997 issue of Electronic Gaming Monthly confirms that Battlesport was coming to M2. From the sound of it, it would have been an enhanced port. I still haven't seen any screenshots of the game, though, so most likely it didn't get too far along in development...
