In-house Jaguar games

Post by Martin III » Wed Oct 14, 2015 11:59 pm

It's often been remarked that the bulk of Atari's Jaguar games were farmed out to outside developers. So I'm a bit curious: Which Jaguar games were developed in-house by Atari?

Quick off the top of my head.

HoverStrike cartridge and CD.
Trevor McFur
Club Drive
Checkered Flag
Defender 2k
Kasumi Ninja
AvP

Those I am almost positive were done in-house.

Though CF and AvP were done by Rebellion my understanding is they were done in-house with the team actually being somewhat locked in a room to get CF to even work up to the level it is now.
What came after the Jaguar was the PS1 which for all it's greatness, ushered in corporate development and with it the bleached, repetitive, bland titles which for the most part we're still playing today. - David Wightman
