About...: Music was digitally ripped from the 3DO game disc and is not a
recording from the console's output. I did not put titles on most of the tracks
since there are so many of them. I was going to use the map and name each one
by location but it is too much work. This is an awesome game with some terrific
music so I hope you enjoy this. I also made a sister soundtrack of the dialogue,
I had thought of making this a 2 disc set but it is better to keep them
separate. Oh and thanks to all the people who made this game and to the
Toot Sweet Jazz Band for making the music so memorable.

_____________Monster Manor Soundtrack PT00H40M49S 3DO
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Game....: Escape from Monster Manor (Virtual Horror: Cursed Mansion)
System..: 3DO
Code....: N/A (FZ-SJ1655)
Length..: 40 minutes 49 seconds
Format..: MP3 (FLAC also available)
Size....: 93.9 MB
Tracks..: 01 - NewTitleAll (2:05)
02 - Intro (2:08)
03 - HauntOrgans (2:09)
04 - InterLevel01 (0:20)
05 - Ambient3 (4:45)

08 - LongTitle (6:01)
09 - InterLevel04 (0:15)
10 - InterLevel05 (0:12)
11 - Ambient2 (4:05)
12 - InterLevel06 (0:20)
13 - InterLevel07 (0:18)
14 - ZombieAmbient (4:42)
15 - InterLevel08 (0:22)

17 - HorrorHouse-GraveYard (3:00)
18 - InterLevel10 (0:16)
19 - InterLevel11 (0:13)
20 - ColorEcho (1:33)
21 - HauntHopTwo (4:05)
22 - Outro (0:16)
23 - Japanese (3:02)

About...: All tracks were digitally ripped from the 3DO game disc and are not
recordings from the console's output. Track 10 has some strange screw ups, this
appeared in all three discs I have, so I would assume all discs are like that.
Title names are taken from the original file names, funny that there is no
"Ambient1", it's possible "Ambient2&3" are named after "ZombieAmbient". The
last track is composed of the intro and outro from the Japanese version. I
found it interesting to hear how much different the voice actor sounds in each
clip, I guess they took the best of each take and figured since they would be
so far apart in the game that no one would notice. ^_^

My Favorite OST so far, I LOVE this game! I even made a quick cover for it.

31 - The Patriarch (0:21)
32 - Revenge (0:20)
33 - Repair (0:16)
34 - Final Conflict (0:18)
35 - Delvar III is Saved (0:24)

About...: All tracks were digitally ripped from the 3DO game disc and are not
recordings from the console's output. Title names are taken from their
locations and campaign. Tracks 14-35 are all speech from the commander. I always
loved the music in this game and when I was putting together this soundtrack I
only thought it was fair to add in the speeches that came before each campaign
and at the end of the game. I hope you enjoy the soundtrack as much as I do.

I have something special for my first release straight to the sticky, and in both formats.

*****************************************************************
____________The 3DO "D's Dining Table: The Novel" Soundtrack
*****************************************************************
http://drop.io/Ds_Novel_OST
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
__________D's Dining Table The Novel Soundtrack PT00H13M54S 3DO
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Game....: D's Diner: Director's Cut
System..: 3DO
Code....: FZ-SJ2356
Length..: 13 minutes 54 seconds
Format..: MP3 320kbps (FLAC also available)
Size....: 32 MB
Tracks..: 01 - Track 01 (1:34)
02 - Track 02 (2:03)
03 - Track 03 (1:24)
04 - Track 04 (0:24)
05 - Track 05 (2:59)
06 - Track 06 (1:40)
07 - Track 07 (1:13)
08 - Track 08 (1:21)
09 - Track 09 (1:16)

About...: The tracks come not from the D game but from the video game novel
that was in the Japan only release of D's Diner: Director's Cut on the 3DO.
Music was digitally ripped from the 3DO game disc and is not a recording from
the console's output. I did not put titles on the tracks as I can't determine
what to name them since I am not fluent enough in Japanese so I'm not sure as
to when they show up on the video game novel. I named this soundtrack D's
Dining Table even though they actually printed the title on the set "D's
Diner" because D's Dining Table is a more accurate translation of the original
title.

Wow! Thanks! This is awesome stuff! Can you do D? I have found the soundtracks for D2 and Enemy Zero on another site but much to my dismay they don't have D.

Sorry I have decided not to put up soundtracks that were actually released. I might change my mind later. If you want a soundtrack to D you can get D's Diner: Director's Cut and it has the soundtrack to the game on a mini CD.

I could have but I am too lazy. This was just a side project that came out of
making the music soundtrack. I thought it might be nice to have a sort of radio
play of sorts so I slapped this together. The tracks are in the order they were
found in the stream.

The Killing Time OST is really something special.
The Menue sound sounds like the sound from Exhumed (SAT / PSX) and has a very good variety, although some parts sound familiar: From sec. 00:30 on.
Then, Time Trapped Isle - very unique for a video game, just great! Could also be the 3DO anthem.
Track 03 reminds me of Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth (XBox).
And track 07 - like Time Trapped Isle - great!
Track 26 is too short, the sax-less version track 40 also.
Thanks again!

DOOM is already floating around the net, SF2 is on official CD, but I dunno why I never did Wolfenstein. I do have other soundtracks I've neglected to put up, I've been lazy. Maybe I'll do that one and put some of the others out as well.

Has anyone tried this method to get the tracks renamed, or does anyone already have a tracklist? Like you say, it's a lot of work but I wondered if it had been tried none the less?

Thanks for posting the soundtrack, 3DO Experience - it's certainly appreciated! :)

It would be really nice if someone would name them for us based on sections in the game. *wink* *wink*

Hehe, I see what you're saying. I was asking incase anyone had already done the work before I started myself.

Now that my 3DO is part of my living room setup though, I'm sure I can name at least a few tracks. Unfortunately I'm rubbish at the game though, so has anyone got save-states later on that they could use to help out?

OK, using the start location cheat (http://3do.cdinteractive.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=1153) I got these done for Killing Time so far...

03 - In The Beginning: Matinicus Unbound
04 - Conway Courtyard: Duck And Cover
05 - Great Hall: Robert's Welcome
06 - Tess's Temple
09 - Pleased To Meat You
10 - Ballroom: Ghostclock
11 - Egyptian Switches
16 - Lydia's Mummy Dearest
17 - Hopscotch On The Rocks
18 - Dankmosphere
19 - Upper Hall: Flapper's Palace
25 - Pyramid Of Pain: Osiris Hunting
27 - Losing Your Ka
31 - Time2Die
34 - Time Trapped Isle (Bonus Blast: The Roaring Twenties)
39 - Outer Patio: Invitation To Death
41 - Elevator Shoes

Anyone fancy helping out?

There are few tracks that are very similar, so I'm finding it difficult to tell them apart when playing the game. Also, are tracks 26 and 29 actually identical?

Thanks so much for what you've done so far. And yes 26 and 29 are the same. There were repeats on the disc and I tried to delete all them but it looks like this one slipped by. I'll delete one of them, but for now any naming should still go by the original numbers.

PS. I can't get to my copy of the game right now, hell not even sure what box it's in. So I can't look at the map. I don't take it anyone has a copy of it scanned?

I can read those just fine, thanks. This saves me from hunting in the box jungle that will eventually become my game room.

I miss my old game room, when I was a wee kid I had a room 3 times the size just for games... *sigh* Getting old sucks. :P

3DO Experience wrote:Your welcome. Someone mentioned in another thread the Star Fighter music. I ripped it but for some reason I can't convert it to mp3 or flac!!! I have the flu so I prob just can't think straight enough, but it drives me nuts.
I did rip the Star Fighter soundtrack awhile back, but lost it in an HDD crash. If there is demand I could probably do it again if I get some free time.

::EDIT:: I Still have "Death by Stereo" and "Floating" though.

Hello mate, cheeky question, any chance of an FAQ on how to rip these tracks?

I remember someone asked me the same question after i ripped the doom tracks and I wrote up a small how to but i know it needs updating. You guys probably perfected my method i made back then and are using updated software. If no one else can provide some better instructions, i'll see if i can dig up that text i made.

I remember writing in the doom NFO... "All tracks were digitally ripped from the 3DO game disc
and are not recordings from the console's output."

I find it amusing that it is still used. :)

Your file "3DO Doom Music.txt " states
This music was digitaly ripped from the 3do game disc and is not a recording from the console's output.
You can't get a much more perfect way of putting the point across than that.

As for an FAQ, wait until I'm feeling better.

Im just glad others started ripping music. It was a goal of mine to rip the music from every american game but some goals are too costly time wise.

Also i know there is some games that you have to use, iirc, zstream reader to get the files decrypted right. It took me a while to figure out how to use that program. I never did write out the info to using that program in that text file i did. Between those two methods I think just about every game's music can be digitaly ripped.

I knew someone who had more ambition than I did and was gonna record music from the system. Sounds very time consuming. I dont know if they ever started that project though. I havent heard from them for about a year now.
