Oh alright. Which FPS?
I make no secret of hating older FPS games, but then I got all into Tetsujin the return the other day. And I declare it brilliant.
Which is your favourite?

sadly i've not had the pleasure of playing most of the FPS' on the 3DO
and to clarify this is just for the 3do system not of all time right?
My vote would either be PO'd (i think thats the one w/ the frying pan right?) ...or Quarantine its not an FPS in the the fact your not looking through Mr.X eyes and walking around, but your looking through Mr.X's eyes driving a really nice hover car

Doom would have lost even if ADI didn't botch it up!
Killing Time really blew me away when I first played it. I got it in Game around the time of it's release and it was on offer at £25, pretty cheap back then! It was the game that got me into the FPS genre and, to me it showcased what the 3DO was capable of. My Playstation mates were pretty jealous at the time. Looking back it seems like it was 3DO's last big fight against PS1 and the Saturn, as the releases really dried up after Christmas '95... until now that is!!!
i went with PO'ed
just because ive played killing time, doom, wolfen, and Iron angel (if its this Tetsujin you speak of) and they all bored me to tears
the other i havent played
what about slayer and deathkeep? or are those first person slashers?

I voted Killing Time. It's awesome once you get accustomed to it's slight choppiness. Wolfenstein would be my 2nd favorite but I was disgruntled not to hear the original MIDI theme that was playing in the menu on the PC version. That song kicked ass.

I voted for Killing Time. PO'ed would be my second, if for nothing else, getting to watch it's development and how it grew from the POS FPS it started out as, to a reasonable game. (plus the Rocket Gun was too cool)
Missing a few other titles like ESCAPE FROM MONSTER MANOR for example. But I digress.

Hmm, where is Escape From Monster Manor on this list? bleh . . .
I love that game and really thought that Killing time was amazing for it's time. The level designs in the game were simply brillinat and just the size of the game itself was crazy. I couldn't believe how huge the game really is. As for Iron Angel Of The Apocalypse (Tetsujin), both of those games were sweet in their own way. Very different for when they released and very undoom like, which was very nice.

This is a stick up! Put all of your 3DO games in the bag and nobody gets hurt!

I voted Wolf, partly because it's a classic, and partly because the 3DO version is great! It moves very fast (unlike some of the other "pokey" choices), and it has you blowing away Nazis, which is much more satisfying than aliens or demons.
P.S. Confidential to 3DO Kid ... I have not forgotten about my (gulp) positive Cyberdillo review ... I am just holding off on sending it until I beat the game (shouldn't be long)
