It is not very hard to find lists with various games not released for the 3DO. And we heard that some of them were very close, with almost complete versions (Disruptor as Gammadev said in one of Ewhac videos), other even had release dates printed in magazines (Rockman X).
The question is: Where are they? Unlike other systems, with the exception of Oldergames releases a few years ago, it never appeared anything "new" to the console.

Disruptor was on PS1 wasnt it?
The man that beat the self proclaimed "best in the world" at The Need For Speed...

Yes, it was. But originally was developed for 3DO. Gammadev said that he saw an "almost complete version" running at Insomniac, once.CasetheCorvetteman wrote:Disruptor was on PS1 wasnt it?

Re: Unreleased games - Where are they?
Some are in private hands, like BIOSfear, Theo the Dinosaur, Varuna's Forces, Escape from Planet Klamtrops, and C-Runner. Some have probably been thrown away, especially since a lot of proto discs would only work on dev systems (I think?) unless they'd been signed by the 3DO company.
I'd imagine that Disruptor still exists, though, and maybe ewhac still has the alpha-stage game he mentioned at some point whose name I can't remember.
Screenshots might not mean much -- they could just be mockups for PR purposes, or tarted-up shots taken from other platforms' versions.

Re: Unreleased games - Where are they?
I thought disruptor might have been for the M2 rather than the original 3DO?

The link above has a Disruptor developer saying it was in development for the M2. I'm confused, so it started development for the 3do and then moved over to M2?
