cd rom or cd rom-rw for the 3do

hello sorry if this has already been asked or if its in the wrong forum any ways im just wondering if the 3DO is capable of reading CD-RW format well thanks for taking the time toi read and answer my question

a cdRW (no matter in what console) will stress the laser too much, and eventually after extensive use it can damage it. That is because RW media require more power to the laser to be read. Not recommended for any console.
CDR are so cheap nowdays, why bother with CDRW's ???

I quietly deleted his account last night. ;)

Half his post were about burning roms. The fact that he started two threads within minutes of each other asking the same question almost precisely cause the red-haze to decend. ;)
