3DO on LCD TV
Im playing on a Sharp Aqua 37" and it looks pretty bad. Is there any tricks to make it look a little "duller"?

there were a number of titles that were 16:9 supported
Most lcd's do have a 4:3 mode - I would also drop the resolution to 640 x480 if possible
This is as good as its gonna get though
Plasmas tend to look a little better but nothing beats a decent Widescreen CRT (and they're cheap to buy second hand now!)

I am holding in my hand right now the Japanese release of Port Augusta masters Golf still sealed with original spine card that is clearly labelled 16:9 compatible!

Thats exactly what I do and most 3DO games look fine that way. They do seem a little darker though...Jugger wrote:Yeah. 3DO was def ahead of its time making titles in widescreen.
This may be a bad idea, but do you think RF would look better on an LCD since it might "blur" the sharpness so it wont be so pixelated?
