I was never a member (stupidly) but I did manage to score a couple of the 'club news' mags they sent out to members (I'd love to see scans of the1st 5 issues though if anyone has them) Who here was a member back in the day? Also, while I'm pretty sure there was a similar program in Japan how about the UK?

I was a member of The 3DO club and I had all of their newsletters. Their newsletters were informative; They would provide info. on upcoming games, developers, and related business news. When I sold my original console I gave the new owner all my 3DO newsletters.

Were there any other members only items? Things like pins, stickers, etc... ?

If I remember correctly (its been a while) there was never anything that they sent to you. However they did have items you could order from the 3DO company like shirts, hats, jackets, and things with the 3DO logo.

I've wondered about this before, when our beloved system went/was going belly up, how did they deliver the news? Or did they just stop sending newsletters?

Not sure ... the latest issue I have (#7) is for holiday '95. Since the 1st 1/2 of '96 saw the consoles last releases I'm not sure if they bothered w/another ... maybe one more hyping M2? For that matter, I wonder how the UK & Jap mags handled the end? I know our American mag, 3, just ended abruptly.
