Game versions and differences?

I was wondering if we could start to make a list about the differences in the game releases of a same title.
Like I know there are three different "Totel Eclipse" releases. Does any body know if they fixed or changed anything like they did for the game "The horde" where the safe option was changed?
Would be good to know sometimes, especially if you own the first release and wonder if a newer version is out there that fixes some things.
Bug fixed re-released games:
- The Horde 1994 release: Save feature enhanced, you can select to delete all none horde game save files. Before the game deleted everything itself to make room for the horde save files.
Also, maybe in a second list, I'd like to know how many real PAL games are actually out there that run at full speed without any black bars on a PAL 3DO console.
So far I only know about two real PAL games:
- Shadow Warrior
- Return Fire
- StarBlade
