Does anyone know if Shockwave Operation Jumpgate had a real manual, or just an instruction card?

I'm working out a deal with GameCubed right now, and the copy he has just has the card. Neither of us knows, so I thought I'd ask you guys.

PAL version did. I just checked. I imagine the NTSC version did too in that case.

mine was bought new and it only had the reference card inside
