There was someone you knew in the UK. Who was, pretty okay for cash, and was willing to pay for your flight to the UK and merely wanted you here for 1 day to talk about creating the ULTIMATE GAMING RETAIL EMPORIUM... would you be interested..? (that person would get afew beers in and you would have to come to Ely, after that you were free)

I was going to suggest, a rough business plan definitely needs to be drawn out first. A living document to change as needed, with better and better input. An expert should be imported, probably, but only when the tougher questions come up (location, distributors, the hard rules).
