Looking forward to any games?

Post by 3DOKid » Sat Sep 18, 2010 5:39 am

For me, I'm looking forward to only two games.

Vanquish. The spaceship or spaceworld that's featured in the demo, is like Rama from the Arthur C Clark book of the same name. I do hope it uses that cylindrical world a bit too. I've played the demo and it looks ace.

GT5. I'm just such a sucker for this pap.

Other than that?

That Air Cars KA game for the Jag I just reserved...

I just bought a 360 (again) last week so now I'm looking forward to the new Castlevania and Splatterhouse games. It's still up in the air as to whether these will actually be good, but we will see..

Gran Turismo 5 and Dead Rising 2. Dead Rising 1 was the only exclusive worth having on the 360, and I'm looking for any excuse I can get to sell that freaking overchipped doorstop.

People who say the uneven analog setup is good for shooters are the last line in DENIAL.

But how is it bad compared to the even setup? Neither seems more difficult to control than the other. Two analog sticks and a bunch of face buttons regardless, heh.

I have no problem with that claim right there, would be the thing. It's people claiming that there's some sort of dominant hand advantage who are talking out of their asses.

Dr Hauzer - 3DO
Killer7 (again) - Gamecube
TRON 2 - PC - although I think it will be a bad racing / prince of persia thing
ICO Remake will come out for PS3, but I don't have one.

I'd love to play GT5 but I have no ps3 :(. Not going to go buy one for one game either.

And, I know im prolly gonna get a kick in the face for saying this one, but I'm looking forward to Rockband 3... and getting the real guitar for it.

I used to say I'd never play those games, but a friend got me hooked. I already play everything on Expert and now it's going to be like learning to play the game all over again.

And to those who say "play a real instrument instead", I have been, for years. Thats why I said I would never play those games, but are they ever addicting. And RB3 pretty much has real insturments now.

Ok im done. You don't have to move this to the rambling topic. :).
