Is it possible to edit 3do games?

hi, i wonder if anyone knows if there's a software available so that you can edit features and make changes in a 3do game (for example: i would like to update the rosters and change some tunes in Fifa International Soccer).
Some time ago I read something about it, but not sure about any official or unofficial releases.
