What about this for an idea?
Skype video conference one evening? 1 hour? Bring you own beer?
What about an Agenda?

Might need to get a
definite list of who wants to join to coordinate a time that works w/various time zones (Darn 3DO and it's national appeal)
Agenda ... how about picking a few ideas and then turning them into a Poll? We can vote, and favorite idea wins.
I'm excited!

Oh flip that'd be brilliant, but my almost-as-dead-as-that-dodo-in-the-3DO-adverts laptop doesn't even like playing videos for more than 10 minutes without crashing, never mind a video conference call! Damn you Nintendo why didn't you make a deal with Skype for the Wii!!
I might still be able to try and give it a go though, wouldn't want to miss out

I could do this but I'd only be free to do it on a Sunday or Monday, as during my work week, by the time I get off, it's ridiculously late when it comes to UK time.

Also, if you don't want your face revealed on the web, and I can understand that (work and the like) then obviously Skype supports voice-only.
