It was a 1994 release. 3DO got the first 2 games. Was it just a money thing (the market for 3DO wasn't strong enough to warrant a port) or were/are there technical reasons?
Most wanted - Eye of Typhoon, 3DO Magazines issues #14 & #15, Pro Stadium, Defcon 5

Did the 3do versions sell well? It had a small PC following, but I'm not sure it was a hit on consoles.

I remember how psyched I was watching the cool intro! When I started playing though, I thought my disc was defective ... come to find out it was how the game was programmed.

Glad I'm not the only one that feels that way.. The 3DO version was way to choppy and sluggish to be enjoyable.

AITD2 on the 3DO is far worse than the Saturn version. At least that one is playable.
