This should prove an interesting read for once im back from grocery shopping. I love reading "old news" on the, then, next generation consoles.

That's interesting.. They say, "Crash 'n Burn feels rushed". They also mention long load times or something like that. I agree that parts of it were probably tacked on unnecessarily (*cough* the live-action characters and taunts), but I don't remember long load times, assuming that's what they meant anyway.

Finally got around to reading it.. Im STILL waiting for those Silicon Graphics quality games mentioned though however. AAhhh, its as much fun reading this, as the people in the 50's expected us to live on mars today. Technology doesnt develop quite as quickly as we like to think eh?

LOL! Yeah, the visuals shown off in all of the N64 ("Project Reality") promo shots look way better than anything that actually hit on the platform, haha. :)

I think most consoles could top Lawn Mower Man these days though. :)

Which is an awesome film.

That picture of the 3DO at the end doesn't even look real...I can't imagine seeing that "D-Pad" in real life...

I've been looking for that 3DO controller for over a decade. They were only displayed very briefly which leads me to belive they were shelved almost immediately.
