CD-Rom for 3DO-Blaster on evilbay

Hi,
I don´t like to post evilbay-links but this CD-Rom is very interesting.
If you need a CR-563-B for your 3DO Blaster then have a look at 300727582115
It is still at 9,99$ and no bids so far.
By the way: Could this be a replacemant laser lens for 3DO consoles?

It seems to be exactly the laser model that was used in the CR-563-B
