Wahah, I did it! I actually gave an audible "Woot!" when the ending clip began to play. 
That is a nice treat for getting a perfect playthrough, even if it is, of course, very short. Of course, now I'll have to do a perfect playthrough again to see what happens if you active that last trap (you can actually activate, it right? It's not just for show?). Not now, though... Time for a break from Night Trap, methinks.
