It's great, except for the live action. If he were CG it would have been perfect.

Agreed. You could kind of tell he was forcing the way he looked throughout the whole thing. It's kind of cool that they were able to get the camera angles right though, like the foot shot as he walks through the entrance to the building, and the soda can sequence (even the whole clip snaps off like in the game--not sure if that was actually done physically, or if it was manually cut out with effects).
