Ok I want to cheat a little. I love the game but I hate dying and running so damn slow. I have cheat codes for invincibility and running faster; however, when I try them they don't work. I did get them to work one time, so I know I am not being fed bogus codes via online, the problem is, I do not know what the speed or the timing is for entering these codes. Can someone please tell me how to make cheat codes work detailed step by detailed step. All the online guides are too general, and do not tell you exactly how to execute these cheats, instead they tell you the buttons to press but not how fast or when. Can someone please help!!??

On the map editor, hold B, A and Up, and press P. After that, enter the code:

30,000 Crowns: Left, A, A, B, Right, Down
All Items: B, Right, A, Left, Left, Down, Right, A, Left, Left
Continue even after village is destroyed: A, Down, Down, Right, A, Down
Double Speed: B, Right, A, B
Full Map: Left, A, Up, Down, B, A, A, B
Invincibility: B, Up, Right, Down, A, Down, A, Right.
Level Skip: Down, A, Left, Left, Down, A, A, Right.
View All FMVs: Right, A, Left, Left, A, Up, B

I have those codes, I just don't know how to execute them. Do you know how to actually plug them in? When I do it does not work, only once it did. Maybe I am doing them wrong.

Are you hitting left & right on the d-pad? If you use the shift triggers it won't work.

I definatley have been using the D pad, I am wondering if I have to enter it at a certain speed
