What's that in the upper left corner of the case?
Could it be?
It's funny how they altered the consoles just enough so not to worry about copyrights or anything. I see an FZ-1, Dreamcast, PC-FX, Spice Orange GameCube, PS2, Sega Saturn and I'm not sure what that last one in the bottom right is supposed to be.

It must be. I mean, they even have the PC-FX in there! I think even that's more obscure than the 3DO, even in Japan.

You mean to the right of the saturn? Not sure. Sega Megadrive with CD, model 1, down to the left though... COULD be a Laseractive, but i want to see the vents and the circular "dome" of a Megadrive. The cd tray fits too..
It is not a PS2 anyway, im sure of that.

It's how I used to imagine my 3DO would look after I bought my M2 add-on.

Yeah, Sega Megadrive with CD does seem to fit better. Probably not a LaserActive though unless that bottom drive is for the SEGA/Turbo add-on. They did add some flare to the top so probably the Genesis/Megadrive.

Sorry to bump this up.
I was browsing the old topics, saw this and then showed to a friend who is enough into animes to know exactly were it came from:

Found a link to the episode, first hit on google
http://gogoanimemobile.com/asobi-ni-iku-yo-episode-4
Looking at the video games starts at -10:00
The PC-FX says BC-FX on it. The scene is only about 10 seconds long. No one remarks on the 3DO.
