Hi guys. Light gun question. I have the 2 player gun and ever since I got it last year it rarely works. Yes I tried many crt TVs other guns work on. I took it apart and look how those two wires red and black not connected? Is that normal? Also thinking about replacing the front crystal thing? is that what's its called? Where to get one thanks.

The first thing I would do is open it up!
Take that thing apart and look for burn marks or broken connections.

These guns dont work on any PAL 3DO consoles, so if there is a E in the model number on the base then your problem is right there.
