Policenauts Oddity?

Post by 3DO Si » Fri Jun 07, 2013 9:31 am

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can throw some light on the following version of 'Policenauts' which came up on eBay last night:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Policenauts-P ... 485632e1dd

It's odd because:

a) I've never seen that case design before
b) It's listed as 'Policenauts: Pilot Disk', but the artwork states 'VZ002' which is the product code for 'Policenauts'
c) The disk inside is definitely a 'Policenauts: Pilot Disk' disk and is labelled with 'VZ001'

In the Japanese shop, there is often a mistake similar to it.

When I bought シュトラール, the mistake that is the most terrible in the mail order company which I experienced is that the disk of contents was ドラゴンズレア
Because I make a note using translation software, I think that it becomes a poor English sentence.
I'm sorry.

If there is rude expression, please point it out.
Thanking you in advance.

Thank you for your reply FUJISAN. So, I'm guessing the wrong disc got put in the wrong case. But do you have any information on the cover artwork? It's a design I've never seen for the 3DO.

Hello, 3DO Si
That cover artwork is usually in the container of Disc (VZ 002).

:D
