Not what i was hoping for.

There does seem to something of the superior version (i.e. 3DO) in there. Particularly the overlay maps.

Anyone excited? Know more?

I saw this the other day, and I have to admit it is pretty cool. Not something I would play, and maybe not something the original 3DO fans can get behind, but it still looks pretty solid for those into turn-based strategy games.

Looking at it now I see why they stopped the previous Space Hulk remake (now Alien Assault).

I still haven't beat Space Hulk on 3DO. I would need to before checking this one out.

There's the maps. I still have the scans. It's one of the best games for atmosphere.

New Space Hulk is a solid game. I like it anyway and I am a HUGE fan of the 3DO game. Then again, there were still games before the 3DO one also. Still, I think the 3DO version is the best Videogame based on the board game. This new one is actually really solid though so if you are a fan of the 3DO game and the strategy behind it, you might want to give the new one a go around at least once. It really is a well built gam and it feels very dark and clausterphobic, like it should. Well worth the purchase.

There is actually another Space Hulk game in development right now that is supposed to be more like the 3DO Version.

I saw a trailer for it on PC Gamer a few weeks ago It's called Space Hulk: Deathwing
