CD size cover art?

I have not been collecting long boxes for my games, rather stick to CD size cases to nicely match my PS1 games, but has anyone found a good source of custom cover art for games that don't have jewel case art?

I tried a search, but if it exists my search-fu must be off.

Not CD sized but I really like this site and they have a pretty good selection of games.

You could also look through the raw scans and make a CD sized one yourself...
