How do i get this to work?

you need the original reture fire to make maps o death work (i think)
i havent played it yet but i remember reading that on the map o death box

Yeah i know that, ive had that one for years, but first time i put it in i get a laughing skull, so i swap discs, loaded up and did a round, then swapped discs to expansion, two 3DO screens and then nothing.
