Oh man, I'll have to check that out. Kind of a surprising pick for them, actually, which has me all the more intrigued.

It was not their first choice. It would be Gex, but they had problems with the disc.
Not their best episode, however it does show how frustrating can be those laserdisc games.

its a phenomenal game.
It's somewhat comical how long it took them to get the controls down.

Not as long as it took me. I had forgotten until I watched the video (or maybe it was a mental block?), but the timing for when you're supposed to press the button is not at all what you expect it to be. Of course, that's a small crime compared to the remarkably counter-intuitive choices for button presses. I actually cringed when I saw them head into the battle with Moose; I knew the sheer hell they were about to go through with those electric rods. Seriously, with the way Readysoft designed the game, you'd think Brain Dead 13 was meant to be a quarter-munching arcade game.

In short, very impressed they got through as much of the game as they did in that little time, and looking forward to their next vid.
