Anyone know anything about this? I know the 3DO would happily play CVG discs but a karaoke machine based on 3DO?
(Karaoke is Japanese for 'Drunken loser' by the way. A definition, which does not include my tribute to "Ice, Ice, Baby", originally by Vanilla Ice.
My performance was simply masteful while under the influence of beer.*
Thankfully performed long before mobile phones with cameras. That was a dark night for many reasons.
* May not have been masterful.

There were some Japanese units for this. They had additional hardware to plug into the 3DO for microphones, if they plugged into the normal controller port or the expansion one I don't know. I haven't heard of one or seen one for sale in years. Sorry but I didn't keep any pics.

Karaoke ( 空オケ or カラオケ) is Japanese for empty orchestra.

You can get the FZ-AK1 on Yahoo's Japan auctions off and on, , but I've only seen it on there once with it's original packaging in the past 4 or so years.
