Hi everyone! I'm an old time 3DO guy I've had mine since about 1995-96. And at that time I amassed the complete collection of American Laser Games. I'm thinking of getting a LCD/Plasma TV in the next year or so. Anyone have problems using the Light Gun with them?
This is a Little incomplete and OUTDATED Link to my old 3DO Page

You're breaking my heart. I want to get a 32-42 inch Panasonic to hang from my ceiling and make or get a cabinet to hook up the game systems I still play. My PS2, 3DO, Saturn, Genesis.. ETC. But it would be nice to use my light guns. I have a (Pair) of ALG Game Guns for my 3DO. Bought before the days of ebay, when I had to look under rocks to find 3DO stuff.
I wasted a lot of weekend at fleamarkets during the Summer of 1997.

Yeah, I can say for sure that I have not come accross a light gun that will work on new HD Televisions, well, except for new technology. You know what I meant damnit!3DOKid wrote:I'm 0.1% more sure than you!jesusc wrote:I'm 99.9% sure that older light gun technology doesn't work with lcd or plasma screens.
This is a stick up! Put all of your 3DO games in the bag and nobody gets hurt!
