Strange sticker on jp titles

Can anyone tell me why is there a sticker with different number on these games?Is there any chance that they are revisions??
I did a quick check in my collection, the code that is on your Escape from Monster Manor (Virtual Horror bla bla bla) is the same code on my Super Street Fighter II X.
And the other game has the code for J.League Virtual Stadium. This is odd indeed.
