thats a snes controller adaptor, you can see the pins when you enlarge the picture

oh wait does the super famicom use the same style controllers with connectors, the back says SFC joypad
you can try and see if they have it (maybe email them first with the link of that page), but the last time i tried them (many many years ago), it took them 3 months to return my money when they finally returned my emails and said they dont have those items
