Kodak PhotoCD

I thought this had been discussed before, but search did not find anything. Kookytech made a "how-to" video on his channel for making Kodak PhotoCD's.
I can't think of many practical reasons to do this, but they do play on the 3DO. I figured I would put this here for reference.
