Hanafuda / Koi-Koi

I would love to see a Hanafuda / Koi-Koi game on the 3DO. Nice clean graphics... I could see it having:
Novice level, helping you see what cards match by enlarging the cards that go with each other, maybe a highlighted border. Also teaching you the winning hands. Computer goes easy on you.
Intermediate level, doesn't help you match cards but does teach winning hands and how the point system works. Computer plays to win. (but even when it wins it explains the points, ect.)
Experienced level, Computer plays to win. You're on your own.
Maybe an Expert level, where different rules are applied.
There should be different soundtracks (all Japanese music) Calm (Ryukyuan classical & min'yo), Upbeat and Intense (high tempo).
