Just in case of, hereafter the link to download the Microsoft package for the executable done by Visual Studio 2013.

This is the one I installed. Unfortunately it gave me no success getting Jserve to work.

I re-ran this. It gave me no option to install or re-install. It only gave me the option to repair it. So I did. I will try this whole thing again tonight.

Still the same result. This is why I won't use Microsoft VC VS or whatever.
