4DO - 1.3.2.3

I've been getting an issue where by a key sort of gets stuck. It's not one of the mapped keys, but 4DO hangs and the only thing i can do is reboot the device.

What am i doing wrong?

Any help appreciated.

I haven't heard anything of this before. Is there any other info you can give or how it can be replicated 100% of the time? I don't think there has been any major changes to input in quite some time, just the setup screens for it.
