PlayStation Network and XBOX Live

I've been getting into the whole retro feel of PSN and XBOX Live recently. Is it me or are these services an absolute bastard to navigate? With millions of pounds to invest in the respective services surely they could come up with something better? Case in point, with the recent PS3 firmware update it gave the PlayStation Store more presence on the dashboard and 'DUH' wouldn't you know it they manage to sell more games! Who'd of thunk it hey?

So SONY and Microsoft, how about employing a common sense guy like me? I can work from home and dispense advice on your services freely!

Virtual console and WiiWare on the Wii are far more user friendly - I steer clear of Sony and MS for anything retro.
But that's just me.
