custom titles?

I was noticing it seams like everyone has different titles under their names. Do you guys allow for custom titles and if so how does one go about requesting something?

It's a tool used by the higher ups for public humiliation! well sometimes! It's not user editable on these forums I dont believe. but the admins sure can edit it. Perhaps if you ask nicely (bribery).
