Video Capture Devices
I'm building a completely new PC and I want to add a video capture device. Who here knows of a good one/brand. It'll need to run under Windows 7, I'm planning on capturing some LaserDiscs. If you have any suggestions for capturing audio from TOSLINK as well that would be awesome.

I use an ION "Video2pc" USB capture device. It works great in Windows 7 and supports composite as well as S-Video. I believe it's comparable to Dazzle devices. Ran me about $40 a little over a year ago at Best Buy.
I hear Hauppauge HD PVRs are nice, but they are expensive. Also, not too great for old composite footage apparently.
